At Konecranes, we believe that great customer experience is built on the people behind the Konecranes name. We welcome different backgrounds and skills that enrich our community and we promote a place where we can ALL be ourselves. This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.

Job Description

Do you enjoy helping teams find clarity, work well together and deliver people services that make a real difference? We are looking for a Team Lead, Learning & Engagement to lead global service delivery within our People Operations Service Center.

This is a shared services leadership role focused on leading service delivery across countries rather than providing local HR advisory support. By bringing employee feedback, engagement and learning closer together, we can support our people in a more connected way and help turn insights into meaningful improvements.

What you will do:

  • Lead the Learning & Engagement service area, ensuring reliable delivery, high-quality support and a positive customer experience.
  • Keep a clear view of service performance, workload, capacity and quality, ensuring risks are identified and addressed proactively.
  • Bring forward well-considered proposals where support, clarification, prioritisation or improvement is needed.
  • Coach and develop the team so people have clear expectations, confidence and the right support to perform and grow.
  • Oversee Learning & Development and Employee Engagement & People Surveys services, including administration, platform and launch support, follow-up and reporting coordination.
  • Work with stakeholders and People Operations teams to align priorities, resolve issues and make services easier to use and support.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in HR, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement or People Surveys.
  • Experience as a team lead or manager, preferably in an international or multi-location environment, with strong skills in guiding teams, balancing priorities and driving operational performance.
  • Experience managing service delivery, quality and continuous improvement in a shared services or similar environment.
  • Practical improvement mindset, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build alignment across functions, locations and cultures without direct authority.
  • Good digital skills, including confidence with Excel, HR tools and a curiosity to use technology and AI responsibly to improve everyday work.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, written and spoken.

What a successful candidate looks like:

A successful candidate is a people-oriented and accountable leader who creates clarity, builds trust and takes ownership of service delivery. You work confidently and independently, use good judgment on when to align or ask for input and bring a practical improvement mindset to a complex international environment.

Additional Information

What we offer:

  • A visible leadership opportunity in a broad, global HR service area with close collaboration across People & Culture.
  • The opportunity to lead a capable international team, strengthen team routines and support clear ways of working.
  • Room to shape how learning, engagement and employee feedback services work together, with direct impact on service quality and employee experience.
  • Annual Performance and Reward program, together with excellent learning and development opportunities.
  • Activity compensation, sick leave compensation from the 2nd day, team events and free parking.

If you are ready to lead with clarity and help shape people services that support learning, engagement and employee experience, we would be happy to hear from you.
