Job Description

Global HR Shared Services is looking for an Employee Lifecycle Team Lead who would be part of a centralised team delivering HR Shared Services at Konecranes. You will be working as a Team Lead with our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) SuccessFactors and especially focusing on Employee Lifecycle processes and support. You will also contribute to strategy discussions, service transitions, process development, and implementation projects in your process domain.

Key tasks:

  • With your knowledge and experience in Employee Lifecycle and process domain, you will be able to build and develop a centralized team by ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement by being a trusted and valued team lead.
  • You will work very closely with various stakeholders, such as our other HR Shared Services teams, our HRIS key users/process owners, regional People & Culture (HR) teams, and other relevant counterparts to understand business needs, and priorities and ensure transparent and speedy process facilitation that also creates a great customer experience.
  • You will lead the team within the Employee Lifecycle domain and will ensure the team will succeed.
  • You will focus on the areas of Employee Lifecycle for consistent delivery supports in the ranges from system administration & maintenance, organization management, new hire, and exit process support and onboarding, and will also focus on providing support in employment movements, etc.
  • You will work to improve the efficiency of your team in Global HR Shared Services by building effective HR knowledge bases related to Employee Lifecycle processes and by adopting best practices within the domain in collaboration with global process owners, local HRs, HR Shared Services teams and other stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring good data quality in HRIS, will coordinate and execute changes and transactions and facilitate mass data uploads.
  • You will participate in projects and development initiatives, and you will follow KPIs and global goals in HR Shared Services for your team.
  • You and your team will provide training to relevant stakeholders on Employee Lifecycle processes and HRIS as needed.
  • You will prepare reports and participate in system/process testing in collaboration with the relevant teams.
  • As a team lead you will address feedback, escalations and manage issue resolution.
  • You will ensure proper staffing of the team, timely performance reviews, and career development discussions.
  • Other work-related duties may be assigned by management.
  • Follow the requirements of the GDPR regulation tasks in daily work.

Qualifications

What should you bring?

  • Suitable degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience in the HR and/or Employee Lifecycle domain. Experience as a team lead or a manager is required and experience leading international team members is a benefit.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR processes and Success Factors.
  • Ability to convert knowledge & insight to business language.
  • Strong business and customer-orientated approach in ways of working.
  • Personal drive to lead a team to success and a consistent track record in being a successful professional that colleagues and customers can trust.
  • Result oriented with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accurate; detail- and deadline-oriented - the ability to work with strict deadlines.
  • Good computer and technical skills and an ability and willingness to learn more.
  • Able to work fluently in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills.
  • Strong Ethics and Standards.
