We are looking for Purchasers to join our Materials Management & Procurement team in Hämeenlinna. As a Purchaser you will be purchasing components and materials to Hämeenlinna production lines and taking care that suppliers are delivering materials and components on time. Your daily responsibilities include for example releasing purchase orders, following up of orders and solving issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is in Hämeenlinna, with the possibility to work partly remotely after introduction period.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role is ideal for a AMK or University student. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

What should you bring?

• Academic background: AMK or University (e.g. engineering or economics)
• You know how to use traditional IT-programs e.g. Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP-system is seen as a beneficial.
• Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial.
