Are you studying Industrial engineering management or Product management and ready to expand your professional career with Konecranes Summer Trainee team of 2026? Do you want to gain a wide range of valuable experience in product management of industrial products in an international work environment? We might have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Product Management to join our Process Cranes Product Management team in Hyvinkää. As a summer trainee you will be working with activity/task/schedule follow-up related product management. Your daily responsibilities include preparing presentation materials and documents, supporting in business analysis activities, and participating in and facilitating, e.g. workshops. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents in our industry. The position is based in Hyvinkää, but some remote work might be possible.

Qualifications
What kind of talent are we looking for?
This role is ideal for an example for a person studying industrial engineering and management or product management in their second to fourth year, who is eager to learn more about Industrial Product Management tasks. We especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important. The job requires physical presence at our headquarters in Hyvinkää, but some remote work can be agreed on.
Requirements:
- Academic background in Industrial Engineering management or Product Management (preferably 2nd -4th year studies)
- Problem-solving mindset with a self-driven attitude.
- Business-oriented technical mindset.
- Knowledge in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. MS Project is seen as beneficial
- Experience from Power BI reporting tool and analysis development is seen as beneficial
- Fluent in spoken and written Finnish and English. German is seen as a beneficial
