We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Product Compliance to join our Ecosystem and Compliance team in Hyvinkää. As a Product Compliance Trainee you will be working with supporting product compliance activities, focusing on country-specific certification and approval globally. Your daily responsibilities include for example tracking required certificates for countries where Konecranes operates, identifying key stakeholders for certificate implementation and management, summarizing key certificate requirements and creating a guide for implementing country certificates. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Hyvinkää with the possibility for partial remote work.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role is ideal for an engineering or business student who is eager to learn more about product compliance and certification tasks. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

Requirements:

• Academic background in engineering, business, or related fields (preferably 2nd-4th year studies)
• Understanding country-specific compliance requirements and their impact on product development from your studies or working life
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to collect and synthesise data from multiple sources
• Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial
