Job Description

Are you curious about how people, culture and technology shape the future of work? Do you want to gain a wide range of valuable experience from data processing and development in an international work environment? We might have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for a Summer Trainee, People & Culture, to join our Global Functions People & Culture team in Hyvinkää and/or Espoo. As a People & Culture trainee you will be working on with specific projects related to the future of work, such as exploring how data, insights, and emerging technologies like AI will transform the way of working and collaboration and supporting initiatives that leverage data and insights for decision-making. You will be also assisting in selected People & Culture activities and collaborate with colleagues across different countries and cultures.
The work is based in Hyvinkää and/or Espoo with the possibility for partial remote work.

Qualifications
What kind of talent are we looking for:
This role is ideal for person finalizing their studies in business, HR or data analysis and is eager to learn more about People & Culture practices, the impact of AI on future work and data processing. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your proactiveness, ability to think outside the box and create innovative solutions to complex problems, ability to work independently and deliver on results. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.
Requirements:
- A student (3rd-4th year) or recent graduate in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interest in emerging trends, technology, people and culture.
- Analytical mindset and curiosity about future trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English, other language is a plus
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a diverse environment.
