We are looking for an IT Trainee to join our Architecture, Data Governance and Quality team in Finland. As an IT Trainee in Quality management, you will be working with the quality management and quality development project activities.

You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of information technology industry. The job is located in Finland in Hyvinkää or Espoo with the possibility to work partly remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with quality and process experts, technical experts and other key stakeholders to define needed project documentation and plans.
• Hands on project design and coordination using defined project design and management methodology. Assist the defined stakeholders in any of the other deliverables.
• Learn and apply best practices in quality and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for an Information technology, Knowledge management or Industrial Engineering student who is eager to learn more about quality methods and solutions including continuous improvement driven tasks. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

We are seeking a motivated and solution oriented Summer Trainee to join our team of experts  working in Product development, Service management and IT Process development challenges. The key focus would be on facilitating the IT quality development project design and coordination activities. In this role, you will support our experts in analysing and creating project design documentation to ensure alignment with defined goals and quality strategies.

What should you bring?

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and guidance from experienced professionals in quality management while developing your skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Knowledge Management, Engineering or a related field, preferably 2nd-4th year studies
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to details to define executable project plan
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with the widely quality management and continuous improvement approaches (e.g. agile product development methods, lean principles, six sigma) is a plus.
• Fluent English is an asset as you will be working in an international team.
• Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial.
