We are looking for a Summer Trainee, IT Internal Services and Collaboration to join our Tech IT Ops Support & Development Services team in Hyvinkää. As a summer trainee your daily responsibilities include for example helping with developing tools, reviewing or updating existing documentation, creating new documentations (CoPilot etc.) and maintenance work in a SharePoint-based intranet. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The position is based in Hyvinkää with the possibility for partial remote work.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role is ideal for a technical or computer science student who is eager to learn more about IT Internal Services area tools and Microsoft Office M365 environment tasks. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

Requirements:

• Academic background in technical or computer science studies in university or university of applied sciences (preferably 2nd-4th year studies)
• Basic skills in Microsoft M365 tools
• Skills in Office365 tools like SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI
• Detail-oriented and able to process large quantities of information, collaboration skills, presentation and communication skills are recommended
• Experience in Microsoft CoPilot is seen as beneficial
