We are looking for a Development Engineer to join our Global Parts Supply team in Hyvinkää. As a Development Engineer you will be working with Global Parts Supply Hyvinkää operations’ and reporting development. Your daily responsibilities include for example supporting teams with Lean and continuous improvement related topics, maintaining and developing reporting tools using Microsoft Power platform apps. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Hyvinkää with the possibility for partial remote work.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role is ideal for a mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, IT, business or similar field student who is eager to learn more about operations’ development tasks. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

Requirements:

• Academic background in engineering or business studies (preferably 3rd-4th year studies)
• Understanding main elements and principles of operations management, reporting and lean from your studies or previous working life
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools’ usage and development.
• You know how to use traditional IT-programs e.g. Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
• Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial
