Are you studying business administration or engineering and eager to kick-start your career with a focus in Trade Compliance? Join the Konecranes Summer Trainee team of 2026 and gain valuable experience working in an international environment!

We are looking for a Summer trainee, Compliance to join our Global Parts Customer Service team in Finland. In this role, you will work on tasks such as determining customs codes, dual-use classifications, and country of origin for materials. Daily tasks may include assisting customer service with customs codes, checking trade sanction requirements, or finding the correct product certificate. You will work closely with your team, who will support you from day one. The position is based in Hyvinkää or Espoo, with the possibility of partial remote work.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role suits students in business administration or engineering who are eager to learn about Trade Compliance. We value strong teamwork skills, a proactive and hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for learning and development. Our environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the confidence to work in a global setting are important.

Requirements:

• Student in Engineering or Business Administration (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Management, International Logistics), ideally 2nd or 3rd year. Other fields are also welcome.
• Interest in trade regulations and directives, supported by studies or work experience.
• Knowledge in common IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, SAP).
• Previous experience in similar tasks is an advantage but not required.
