We are looking for a summer trainee, business analyst to join our strategy team team in Espoo. As a Business Analyst your daily responsibilities include for example project management, reporting, data analysis, and market intelligence. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Espoo with the possibility to work partly remote.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role is ideal for an industrial engineering or business management student who is eager to learn more about business analysis tasks. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, eagerness to learn new topics and applications, attentiveness to detail, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

Requirements:

• Academic background in engineering or business management (preferably on your 3rd-4th year of studies)
• Understanding of project management, data analysis, management reporting from your studies or working life
• You know how to use traditional IT-programs e.g. Microsoft Office, Email, SharePoint, Power BI etc.
• Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial
