Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project System Consultant to join our Agile team supporting SAP small developments for Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and propose solutions for:
- SAP PS module developments
- Integration of Project Master & project‑related data with 3rd‑party tools (e.g., PPM Power App)
- New process concepts (e.g., enhanced Change Pointer mechanism in PS)
- Prepare documentation and support testing activities
- Perform minor SAP PS customizing based on existing templates
- Provide Level 3 support for incidents and problem‑solving
- Apply S/4HANA knowledge (mandatory)
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Learn new tools and concepts proactively
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards
The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance from a reputed university.
Experience
- Minimum 4–7 years of SAP PS experience in manufacturing along with global exposure.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in SAP Project System (PS) customizing, including defining functional specifications, interface changes, and preparing detailed documentation.
- Good working knowledge of SAP MM, SD, PP, and FICO modules to support end‑to‑end understanding of business processes and cross‑functional integrations.
- Familiarity with—and preferably hands‑on experience in—Agile development methodologies.
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance from a reputed university.
