JR for New recruitment

• Relevant experience in EOT Crane installation & Commissioning
• Maintain safety standards at Site as per company policy
• Site Engr. Should follow all the Site operation processes & maintain the same
• Technical discussion supporting for New Orders by regional sales managers & site visit whenever required
• Visit to Site for Site assessment & share the site updates in precise format
• Based on site urgency, need to travel on immediate basis as & when required
• Affiliate performance validation after every 3 months
• Handle the site individually with affiliate team so need to take ownership while executing the work
• Financial & company target to be adhered without compromise on Safety
• Site Visits for critical project for Site assessment whenever required also visit for big size projects
• If any issues related with Site execution, Technical then immediately align the Teams call with all Members as well Notification to be raised
• Regularly review the NC & shortage material update with manager for swift closure
• Close Track of Snag points within the agreed time frame to get the clearance for raising the Erection invoice.
• As per site requirement, need to travel another region whenever required
• Ensure positive feedback on VOC whenever required ( Project wise )
• HOC data sharing with IS Team and warranty handling team once crane handover to customer
• Individual Tools Calibration & Maintaining the same for ISO audits
• HOC punctuality - Complete the Crane as per plan / agreed timeline
• SAT issue to be taken up with Tech support to avoid repetition in future
• ISO Audits & Monitoring all HSE Related Documentation on Team site regularly
• Support customer for under warranty cases whenever IS Team is occupied
• Customer focused with ready for Emergency travelling
• Handling Export orders execution / supervision whenever needed
• Would be leading / representing the affiliate team at site
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
