Job description for Site Engineer 
1.    Maintain safety standards at Site as per company policy
2.    Site Engr. Should follow all the Site operation processes & maintain the same
3.    Technical discussion supporting for New Orders by regional sales managers.
4.    Visit to Site for Site assessment & share the site updates in precise format
5.    Based on site urgency , need to travel on immediate basis as & when required
6.    Affiliate performance validation after every 3 months
7.    Handle the site individually with affiliate team so need to take ownership while executing the work
8.    Financial & company target to be adhered without compromise on Safety
9.    Site Visits for critical project  for Site assessment whenver required also visit for big size projects
10.    If any issues related with Site execution , Technical  then immediately align the Teams call with all Members as well Notification to be raised
11.    Regularly review the NC & shortage material update with manager for swift closure
12.    As per site requirement , need to travel other region whenever required
13.    HOC data sharing with IS Team and warranty handling team once crane handove to customer
14.    ISO Audits & Monitoring all HSE Related Documentation on Team site regularly
15.    Support customer for under warranty cases whenver IS Team is occupied
16.    Handling Export orders execution / supervision

Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

Diploma in Electrical Engineer ( DEE )
