Job Description

Join our global Compensation & Benefits team

 

We are looking for a Specialist, Compensation & Benefits to join our People Operations Service Center – a centralised, global team delivering high-quality HR services across multiple countries.

In this role, you will work with SAP SuccessFactors and play a key part in supporting and developing Compensation & Benefits processes across the organisation. You will collaborate internationally, contribute to system and process improvements, helping to deliver efficient, data-driven HR services.

 

What you will do

  • Provide end-to-end functional administration and support in key Compensation & Benefits processes, such as annual salary review (merit cycles), off-cycle compensation changes, global employee share saving plans (e.g. enrolment, changes), and bonus / short-term incentive processes (annual performance and reward cycles), including system readiness and user support
  • Support and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions and related processes
  • Handle inquiries from employees, managers and HR colleagues through ServiceNow in a professional and customer-focused way
  • Ensure GDPR compliance in all daily activities
  • Create reports and basic analysis to support business decisions
  • Identify system issues and process gaps and drive continuous improvement actions
  • Support system testing, change management and enhancement initiatives
  • Deliver training sessions and guidance on Compensation & Benefits processes and tools to the wider organisation
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners and contribute to global process optimisation
  • Participate in projects related to HR systems and process development
  • Support cross-team activities and provide backup support when needed

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, with focus on Compensation & Benefits
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field is an advantage
  • Experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira or similar ticketing tools
  • Experience in data management, reporting and system testing
  • Strong skills in MS Office tools, especially data validation, analysis and reporting
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement / LEAN principles and experience in development projects is an advantage
  • Ability to work in an international, multi-country environment
  • Detail-oriented, structured and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
     

A successful candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical HR professional with hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits processes and HR systems. You are comfortable working in a structured, high-volume environment, managing topics such as salary reviews, compensation changes and bonus processes with accuracy and reliability. You bring a strong customer-focused mindset, communicate confidently with stakeholders across countries and take ownership of issues through to resolution. At the same time, you are proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes, enjoy working with data and systems, and contribute to a collaborative and solution-focused team environment.
