We are looking for Senior Consultant- EAI AMS specializing in Integrations to join our team.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions for us. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration architectures.

Your key responsibilities:

• Exhibit Konecranes Core values and code of conduct into each action.
• Able to provide Support + Development of Integrations.
• Well versed in any of the coding language (Java/Groovy/dotnet)
• Able to design and develop integrations on their own by understanding the business requirement.
• Able to handle service request and incidents through Service Now tool.
• Know how to work with tools Jira, SoapUI, Postman etc.
• Worked into development in two or more integration projects.
• Knows complete life cycle for the integration along with the technical process in Boomi.
• Have a good knowledge on the concepts for Multithreading, Real time Solutions, Batch Solutions.
• Participate into Critical Incident resolution and communication process.
• Develop healthy professional customer relationship.
• Analyse the repetitive Incidents and addressing the root causes to either reduce/ eliminate repetitive Incidents or enhance efficiency in handling those.
• Have some knowledge on SLA, TAT, Ageing, Quality Audits, etc.
• Align and realign actions based on customers’ feedback, inputs from management.
• Support peers, superiors, other IT staff members in daily activities whenever needed.

What should you bring?                   

• Strong understanding of middleware.
• Dell Boomi Integrations design and development experience is required.
• Production monitoring & support experience is required.
• Expertise in one of the coding languages (Java/Groovy/dotnet).
• Good knowledge of Integration life cycle & Methodology.
• Knowledge on multithreading, Real time Solutions, Batch Solutions
• At least developed on 4 or more integration projects with configurations/or having good knowledge about configuration and design done by himself/herself.
• Experience on any middleware tool is addon
