职位描述

协助进行新技术、新材料、新工艺的市场与技术调研
参与研发项目的资料整理、数据分析与可行性评估
支持创新工作坊、头脑风暴会议的筹备与内容记录
协助撰写技术报告、项目提案与内部分享材料
与技术团队协作，推动创新想法落地

职位要求

本科及以上学历在校生，理工科背景优先
对工业技术、创新趋势、可持续制造等领域有浓厚兴趣
具备良好的逻辑思维、资料整理与分析能力
具备团队合作精神，沟通表达清晰，乐于学习与分享
