  • Translate regulatory changes into practical business requirements and implementation plans.

Operational Customs Support

  • Manage customs escalations and customs holds.

  • Support interactions with customs authorities and customs brokers.

  • Ensure customs documentation and declaration processes remain compliant and efficient.

  • Identify and mitigate customs-related operational risks.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and monitor customs compliance KPIs.

  • Analyse customs performance, trends and risk indicators.

  • Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives.

  • Promote best practices and harmonisation across the region.

Stakeholder Management & Training

  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Tax and other key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Global Customs and Classification teams.

  • Deliver customs training and awareness programmes.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on customs and trade compliance matters.

What You should bring?
