QA Documentation Engineer

We expect to have previous experience in creating QA documentation, ITP, FTP, documentation controller; Technical knowledge either in the Mechanical or Heavy Engineering is seen as a big advantage.

Excellent written English language skills and a minimum of 4-6 years of global experience in documentation co-ordination with a suitable education are a prerequisite for the position. Preferably in the Crane Industry Material handling equipment or Heavy engineering.

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver QA Documentation of Port cranes and Port Solutions for the target audience.
• Responsible for External, Internal & Customer Documentation.
• Scoping and planning of deliverables according to requirements in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
• Co-ordinate with QA team and Manufacturing teams for NDT reports, painting reports and painting thickness reports.
• Sub supplier parts documentation which involves identifying document requirements for main components, ordering documents, follow-ups, quality checks of received documents and uploading into company database.
• Co-ordinating & Collecting Sub Suppliers serial number documents, compiling with set of documents and sending it to customer.
• Secure deliveries from Internal/External stake holders such as operation manuals, service documentation, drawings, diagrams, datasheets, and lists according to scope and plan, meeting requirements as to standards and quality.
• Receive and/or download electronic drawings and documents, file in the appropriate system and maintain a document received schedule.
• Monitor progress and performance and report to the relevant Project Manager.
• Filing of electronic correspondence in accordance with Quality Assurance and project document management procedures.
• To follow company policy / rules.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards.

What should you bring?

• Basic Knowledge of Team Centre and SAP.
• Ability to work in global teams.
• Sound knowledge of basics of Engineering, Quality specially ITP & FTP.
• Hands on experience with various technical documents.
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• Customer Centric.
