Job Description
As PSER Technician, you will be responsible on doing troubleshooting, monitoring equipment and machineries' activities, supporting sales, ensuring safety and create good relation with customer.
Responsibility
- Ensure the safety requirement is completed before working on site
- Doing troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical and automation system of machineries
- Doing troubleshooting related to an automation device such as sensor, instrument and network
- Stand by and monitoring activity for all our equipment and machineries
- Make sure that our machinery is running well
- Supporting spare parts sales and technical support
- Supporting a maintenance department during preventive and corrective maintenance activity
- Uploading and downloading a parameter of automation devices
- Make a good relation with a customer/user
- Can afford a customer complain and support technical matter and advise as front line representative to a customer/user
- Good communication with head office engineer/designer related to our machinery issues and retrofit/modification opportunity
- Making good performance report of our machineries for our customer and internal team
- Support commissioning engineer or expert if any projects that running on site
- Oversee the container terminal issue related to the operation, project and retrofit opportunity and future plan of the terminal.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
Qualifications
Requirements
- Hold diploma or bachelor degree in engineering preferably form electrical, mechanical, automation engineering
- Have 2 or 3 years experience in heavy equipment especially in port heavy equipment, (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Have basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and networking systems
- Can read and understand of electrical drawing, single line diagram and mechanical drawing is a must
- Can wiring an electrical devices such as relays, contactor, sensor etc
- Can fitter a mechanical equipment such as wire rope, lifting equipment, whells etc
- Have a basic knowledge of instrument sensor such as proximity, camswitch, laser etc
- Have a basic knowledge of camera and networking systems such as LAN, IP Config, profibus etc
- Willing to work outdoor and able to work at heights
- Willing to travel if needed
- Willing to be placed permanently in Medan, North Sumatera.
