Primary Objective:

To maximize the efficiency and effectiveness  through work force shifts, resources  and utilization of jig/fixture tooling, balance sub-assembly/assembly line.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage production planning activities to maximise the use of the organization’s resources and meet established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.
• To co-ordinate with the necessary support groups to ensure that production targets are met.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend changes to production processes, systems, technology, capital, equipment, or other assets that will enhance the organization’s production capabilities.
• Strictly follow manufacturing and quality process  to ensure defects fixed, working with sourcing and quality people to find root cause of quality issues, continuously improve manufacturing procedure and quality system to improve productivity.
• Cooperate colleague and related department/or trained by Sweden experts/technicians with spirit of teamwork for trouble-shooting, to conduct corrective and preventive action to machine testing/components tested.
• Follow company short-term and long-term objectives to ensure safe and healthy operation, continuously improve the  5S status.
• Liaise with functional or operational managers to integrate their activities into productions plans, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Evaluate overall performance of employee and take needed action to achieve planned target.
• Evaluate employee skill level and provide trainings to reach the planned target to support company’s business growth.
• Manage the team to follow a consistent and fair discipline in accordance with company policies, rules and regulations.
• Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
• Awareness of ISO14001 &45001 standards.

• College/Polytechnics school or above, major in Automotive/Mechanic-Electric or related
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience of construction equipment in related fields
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001
• Solid hands knowledge and operational experience in lean production system
• Experience with relevant techniques, managerial presentable
• Basic communication of English skill(technical English is preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Good ERP skills
• Self-starter, responsible, open-minded
• Work under pressure
• Shifts acceptable
