Job Position: Production Analyst
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Review the parts in BOM’s for all orders.
Correctly code parts so they are produced as required and sent to the appropriate buyer in accordance with the road map developed for each project and order.
Monitors work orders to assure timely completion to meet production needs.
Helps to develop a comprehensive schedule of all projects using the ERP system and other tools as they are developed.
Work with warehouse to assure timely deliveries to subcontractors. Allocate and distribute materials for a range of productions daily.
Work with the factory floor to communicate priorities, schedule dates and material availability to keep production flowing.
Responsible for creating SAP procedure instructions and maintaining and updating the ERP system (SAP).
Work with engineering and sales to understand and communicate the customer’s (internal and external) needs to the manufacturing floor.
Responsibilities include project-based cranes and trolley and the management of entire hoist line.
Work under the direction of the Director of Nuclear Manufacturing and Senior Production Analyst and in coordination with project management, engineering, purchasing, inside sales and manufacturing organizations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience working in a production planning environment.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes as they relate to crane production is desired.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to use an ERP system such as SAP.
