Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality spare part catalogues for equipment deliveries.
- Develop detailed illustrations for catalogues using advanced tools.
- Support customers with catalogue-related queries and ensure timely resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, Finnish counterparts, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with product managers to enhance catalogue content and meet business needs.
- Participate in projects to harmonize and improve catalogue processes and tools.
- Generate accurate part images and ensure on-time delivery of catalogues.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.
The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Hadapsar, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working along with daily.
To achieve these goals, required qualification and skill set are:
- BE Mechanical with 3–5 years in catalogue creation, preferably with SAP ERP and/or PDM systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, NX, and Teamcenter.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Strong communication, influencing abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Problem-solving approach with a “Can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work with globally distributed, cross-functional teams in a structured manner.
- Good understanding of business requirements.
