Role Description:

• To learn and practise on procurement function for overseas and local purchasing transactions/matters.
• To learn and practise on Inventory and warehouse functions in the receipt and production of goods.

Key Tasks:

• To learn and practise through on job training to master Supply Chain / Business Administration skills on Procurement, purchasing, logistics and ordering operative and negotiation through theory, procedure and flow on task assigned.
• To learn and practise on how to manage and improve services level up to 95% and above on purchasing functions such as ordering until delivery through process of monitor and ensure deliveries are meeting.
• To learn and upskill on problem solving to resolve any issues with vendors / internal customer and external supplier on operation issue.
• To learn and practise on supplier relationship management (SRM)
• To learn on practise on performing inventory and warehouse management on goods receiving, issuing and handle quality issue from SAP system.
• To learn and practise SAP withdrawal, abnormal posting, update delivery and documentation filling.
• To learn and compile audit documentation to fulfil and comply with compliances policy.
• To assist on Inventory and warehouse to achieve monthly KPIs report.
• To perform task delegated by the immediate superior or Manager from time to time.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Purchasing Processes

• SAP Materials and Inventory Management system

     N/A – by practise / on job training

• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Qualification/Education:

• Fresh graduate on internship
• Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Data Science, Engineering or equivalent.
