Job Description

Location: We work in a hybrid mode. You are welcome to work within our office in Espoo, Finland and Rijswijk, the Netherlands, or remotely in the same countries.

As our Learning & Development Specialist, you will:    

  • Design and develop engaging learning programs, incorporating the 70:20:10 approach.
  • Gain insights from the talent process and ensure that the learning portfolio effectively addresses these needs with appropriate solutions.  
  • Provide consulting and guidance on learning programs to ensure alignment with strategic and role-based learning initiatives.   
  • Consult functional departments and learning designers in designing learning paths based on job roles, competencies and skills.
  • Coordinate external vendors, consultants, and experts to leverage their expertise and resources for program development and delivery. 
  • Support the development and implementation of coaching initiatives to foster our people’s growth, improve performance and enhance collaboration.
  • Champion a positive learning culture by curating learning content, sharing success stories, and encouraging employee engagement with development opportunities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, gather feedback, and continuously improve our learning portfolio. 
  • Oversee and develop learning technology – such as SuccessFactors Learning Management, LinkedIn Learning, Articulate. 
  • Coordinate annual review and planning process for mandatory learning programs.

The Team   

You will be working within the global Learning & Leadership Development team, which is part of global Talent Management and Engagement. Your role is highly connected, and you will be joining a collaborative environment and interact and build solid relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders (Business Stakeholders, L&D Teams, Competence Centers, Business People & Culture , Regional People & Culture, People Operations Service Center). You will report to the Director, Learning & Leadership Development.  

This position is a fixed-term role for 8 months, from August 2026 to April 2027.


Qualifications

To achieve these goals, you: 

  • 3+ years of experience as a learning & development specialist on a global level
  • Demonstrated expertise in the conceptual design, implementation, and comprehensive management of end-to-end learning programs with a successful track record 
  • Possess sound instructional design and curriculum development skills  
  • Experience with developing coaching programs is desirable
  • Have solid facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
