We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager who can manage, streamline, and boost the information flow within our BA, using the relevant channels and platforms. A curious mindset towards technology and mastery of relevant tools will help you succeed in this role.
In this position, you’ll be the process owner of internal communications in the BA Port Solutions. You will work closely with your colleague communicators, the BA marketers and CX team, as well as with the frontline sales, supporting them with your expertise.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating, driving and following internal comms plans for BA PS.
• Creating internal communication content for BA and for selected BUs, using our different channels efficiently.
• Owning, managing, and developing the BA PS intranet and internal social media.
• Aligning internal communications cross-BUs with a network of communicator colleagues on an operative level, as well as steering it on a strategic level, when necessary.
• Coordinating internal business updates in accordance with agreed guidelines.
• Supporting assigned project teams in their communication to internal stakeholders.
• Supporting sales with internal information and presentations if needed.
• Guiding all BA to comply with the corporate brand guidelines.
• Measuring the success of our internal communications systematically with hard data.
• Taking part in organizing internal events and trade shows.
• Taking part in the communications strategy planning and change management communication, when necessary.
• Other practical communications-related tasks.

What do we expect from you?
To succeed in this role, you need to be proactive, target-oriented and systematic. You should be a great team player and be able to build strong, sustainable relationships with your internal and external partners. Being flexible and having the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multitasking is a must.
We also expect you to have:
• A solid understanding of internal communications, preferably a degree in
communications or several years of experience in the field.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Other languages are a welcome addition.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Good knowledge of MS tools, Sharepoint, and Google Analytics.
Previous exposure to videography and photography is seen as a benefit.
