Are you a passionate and curious engineering graduate ready to shape the future of material handling solutions? Join our Port Cranes Engineering team as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) and gain hands-on experience in the crane industry!
What You Will Learn & Do
- Work with AutoCAD, NX, and Teamcenter under expert mentorship
- Create and interpret 2D drawings and 3D models
- Understand manufacturing processes, welding basics, and GD&T
- Collaborate on real design assignments with experienced engineers
- Learn how global engineering projects are planned and executed
- Receive regular feedback and mentorship
- Gain awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- 0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates welcome!)
- Strong interest in design, product development, and innovation
Skill Sets Needed
- Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals
- Willingness to learn design software
- Curiosity about manufacturing and mechanical design
- Good English communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Passion for the crane and heavy engineering industry
The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Hadapsar, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.
