We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee – Web Development to join our team in Pune. This role focuses on the development and maintenance of web applications and provides an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and work with modern web technologies in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand business requirements and technical specifications
- Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following best coding practices
- Debug and resolve basic technical issues to ensure application stability and performance
- Learn and implement modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Participate actively in code reviews, team meetings, and project discussions
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and web technologies
- Demonstrate awareness of and adherence to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, as applicable
The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- CDAC certification is mandatory
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and REST APIs
- Strong understanding of core programming concepts such as variables, loops, functions, and DOM manipulation
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast‑paced environment
- Good problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have) Skills
- Exposure to frameworks such as React.js and/or Node.js
- Basic understanding of APIs and JSON
- Knowledge of responsive web design principles and cross‑browser compatibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- CDAC certification is mandatory
