Job Description

OneKONECRANES (1KC) processes are a part of Konecranes strategy that describe common ways of working; how we at Konecranes develop, sell, manufacture and deliver our services and products. 1KC processes are defined by process owners and implemented in cooperation with the IT organization. We believe that we can benefit considerably from harmonized business processes and IT systems.

To secure the continuation of successful 1KC process implementations and to pursue further improvements in our processes, we seek to hire a Global Process Owner who will focus on ensuring a smooth process and data flow in the Order-to-Invoice process.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of process owners in order and project management process area
  • Lead the harmonized process development in order and project management processes across all Konecranes locations globally
  • Drive continuous process improvement in our frontline sales, order, and project management organizations and supply units by leading the developments and changes in our processes
  • Lead the vision and roadmap creation in order and project management process area in collaboration with the key stakeholders, own team members, and IT teams
  • In 2025, lead S4/Hana implementation project activities in SAP order and project management areas
  • Collaborate with our training team and ensure that 1KC skills and competencies are on good level in all our 1KC locations globally
  • Drive process development and seamless integrations between different business applications (SAP ERP, SAP Hybris eCommerce, Summium sales configurators, e-Invoicing systems, customer ERP systems, etc.)
  • Drive towards process excellence and ensure that we have the correct reports and KPIs developed and in use in order and project management process area.

You will work closely with other process owners, business stakeholders, and IT team members. You will report to Jenni Wiklund, VP, Standard Equipment and Material Delivery Processes.


Qualifications

What you should bring

Passion for continuous improvement of business processes and ways of working is crucial. Additionally, experience in process development and change management is essential.

In addition, we expect you to have:

  • A university-level degree
  • Work experience in sales, order or project management, supply chain or operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability of simplifying complex issues and defining needed actions for improvements
  • Can-do attitude, ability to take initiative and lead changes.
  • Proven record of successful projects and cooperation with business stakeholders and in process/system development or implementation projects
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Finnish, German or other language skills are beneficial.
  • SAP or other ERP skills, especially SAP SD, PS, and MM
  • Beneficial skills: SAP Hybris eCommerce, sales configurators, e-Invoicing solutions, Project Management tools, CRM systems, Teamcenter PLM, system integrations, Power BI or other reporting applications, process automation, and process mining.

This role requires flexibility to travel. The estimated travel in this role is 30-80 days per year.
