Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Financial Specialist for the machine-building enterprise PJSC "ZAPORIZHKRAN" (our local websit).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support in month end reporting practicalities for Konecranes Group reporting. Supporting in operative result and balance sheet reporting including monthly reconciliations.
- Managing documentation with financial institutions, including banks and credit organizations. Handling agreements for opening current and other accounts, credit agreements, client identification, preparation and submission of data for currency control, etc.
- Managing cash flow budget (data consolidation, planning of inflows and outflows).
- Support department heads and business managers during budget preparation and execution. Consolidating data monthly and preparing plan-fact analysis and presentations.
- Monitoring accounts receivable status and payments
- Issuing invoices for shipped products and provided services.
- Approval of costs and invoices for department and projects.
- Participating in inventory processes.
- Other duties (report preparation upon request, etc.).
Qualifications
We also expect you to have:
- Higher education in economics or finance.
- Preferred previous experience: financial/economic/planning department of an enterprise
- Basic knowledge of accounting and IFRS.
- Proficiency in software: 1C 8.3 Enterprise, MS Office, advanced user of MS Excel.
- Personal qualities: attention to detail, independence, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
