We are looking for an Export Coordinator to join our Spare Part Export & Import team in Hyvinkää. In this role you will be working with shipping and invoicing procedures of daily spare part deliveries. Your daily responsibilities include for example: shipping, invoicing and communication between stakeholders.
This role is fixed term parental leave substitution until the end of December.
You will work closely with our team of 7 members, and we will help you to get started and support you in your day-to-day tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Hyvinkää with possibility to work partly remotely.
Your key responsibilities:
- Daily shipment booking and invoicing for the customer deliveries.
- Preparation of the necessary export documentation including e.g. preferential-origin definitions, waybills, EUR1, ATR, certificate of origin & declaration of nonconformity, and other documents.
- Ensuring that the shipping related documents and data is handled according to regulations including tariff codes & country of origin information.
- Active communication with the internal and external stakeholders regarding the shipments.
- Handling of export/import activities with the logistics service providers.
- Letter of credit case handling.
- Dangerous goods shipping procedures

What should you bring:
- Suitable studies (e.g. BBA, BSc, MSc), preferably in logistics / foreign trade.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Finnish, other languages e.g Germany is an asset.
- Previous experience from export activities for sea, airfreight, courier and/or road transportation methods.
- Previous experience from dangerous goods documentation preparation, possible dangerous goods courses.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Microsoft Excel.
In addition, we appreciate positive and proactive attitude and earlier experience with ERP Systems, such as SAP (especially with invoicing). In our team, it’s important to be able to cooperate with different stakeholder and work actively towards our goals and targets to deliver excellent service to our customers. It’s rarely quiet in our team, so be ready to work under pressure in a hectic spare part environment with us!
