Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Estimating for service repair work within our service branch in Budapest
- Reviewing the Service Technician’s service reports
- Producing quotations for remedial works
- Submitting quotations to the customer
Qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
- Experience in estimating for service repair work (ideally within the crane or lifting industry – desirable, but not essential)
- Technical degree (mechanical or electrical)
- Solid administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Siebel is a plus
- Ability to meet weekly performance targets and deadlines
- A real team player who thrives in a busy service office environment
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Native or fluent Hungarian, with good English skills
- Excellent customer service skills (both verbal and written) is a plus
