Job Description
We are now looking for a Customer Voice & Insights Specialist to join our global Voice of Customer (VoC) team as a one-year fixed-term substitute. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operation of our global VoC processes and help our frontline organisation in using customer feedback effectively. The role is based in Hyvinkää, Finland, and with flexible and hybrid working. On-site work in Hyvinkää is expected at least once a week, and more at the beginning to support onboarding.
Voice of Customer plays an important role in how Konecranes understands and improves customer experience globally. You will work closely with colleagues around the world, supporting a wide VoC network and maintaining customer surveys across different customer touchpoints. You will also take part in developing surveys, reporting and VoC processes together with the team. You will join a small, dynamic and supportive team with a strong continuous improvement and customer‑centric mindset.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer surveys in across different touchpoints.
- Support the global Voice of Customer network with survey- and process-related questions.
- Contribute daily VoC operations, including reporting, issue resolution and process guidance.
- Support bug fixes and testing in close collaboration with IT.
- Take part in developing surveys, reporting and VoC processes together with the team.
To succeed in this role, you enjoy working with people and have a customer-centric mindset. You don't need to be a technical expert, we value a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive way of working.
We hope you have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree (business or other relevant background).
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Finnish is an advantage.
- Experience working with people in an international or cross‑functional environment.
- Strong communication skills and an open, collaborative way of working.
- Interest in working with systems, data and digital tools.
- Good organisational skills and ability to take initiative in daily work.
- Basic skills in Microsoft tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
The following are considered an advantage, but are not required:
- Experience with survey tool Forsta.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working.
- Interest in working with AI supported tools.
