Job Description


You Will Lead With Impact


As the Senior Project Manager within the ICP organization, you will take the helm in shaping a high-performing project management team, accountable for delivering a superior customer experience from order to execution. You will lead by example—coaching, developing, and mentoring your team to excel in all aspects of project delivery while managing critical stakeholder relationships and strategic project outcomes.
You will be responsible for aligning your team’s efforts with organizational goals, managing workload capacity, and serving as a key escalation point for complex or high-impact project issues. You will step into a direct project management role when the scope, complexity, or resource demands require your expertise and leadership.
You Will Drive Operational Excellence
You will oversee and manage the open project backlog, ensuring proactive forecasting of sales performance on a monthly and quarterly basis. You will ensure projects are appropriately assigned and delivered on time, within budget, and to scope, maintaining a relentless focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
When challenges arise, you will engage the right resources to address issues swiftly, communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and escalate strategically to ensure resolution. You will be a role model for process discipline, technical curiosity, and customer advocacy.
You Will Elevate the Customer Experience You will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey throughout the execution phase. Through your leadership, your team will deliver on our brand promise—ensuring every interaction and outcome reflects our commitment to quality, reliability, and partnership. Your ability to influence behaviours, promote clear communication, and resolve issues with agility will directly contribute to our competitive advantage in the marketplace.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES 
 
Develop, support, and lead a high-performing Project Management team.
 
Champion timely and effective internal and external project kick-off meetings.


Monitor and ensure all project deliverables—scope, budget, and schedule—are consistently met.

Ensure all project data and communications are accurate, complete, and timely.

Deliver training, mentorship, and performance development for project managers.

Establish, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures for project execution.

Own and deliver accurate project forecasting and backlog reporting aligned to monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Proactively mitigate project risks through strong communication and targeted training.

Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Lead annual planning and goal setting initiatives in alignment with business strategy.

Drive continuous improvement across processes and customer experience.

Serve as lead Project Manager for strategic, large-scale, or complex projects as required.

Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
 
Strong knowledge of overhead crane delivery, installation, and commissioning—or equivalent construction-related expertise.
 
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
 
A strong technical mindset and an eagerness to deepen your knowledge of our products and processes.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
 
A post-secondary degree or diploma; PMP certification preferred.
 
Proven experience in project management within manufacturing or construction environments.


OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
 
Ability to travel internationally, locally and outside the service area for operational requirements & training when necessary.
 
25% Travel Required
