Join Konecranes as our new Corporate Communications Specialist.
The Konecranes Brand & Communications team is an integral part of the company’s global operations. We work closely with Business Areas and global functions in planning and delivering effective corporate communications and brand marketing programs and continuous communications.
Location: You can be based in Espoo or Hyvinkää, with Espoo as the main location for the team. We work in a hybrid model, with an expectation to be on-site at Espoo a couple of days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Planning and implementing Konecranes’ corporate communications activities in line with the Konecranes strategy and priorities
- Project management independently and as a part of a team, varying from process development to single projects
- Producing content from concept through publication for primarily internal but also external, social and other media
- Supporting strategic and transformation projects
- Collaborating across Konecranes’ Business Areas and functions
Qualifications
What we expect:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications; preferably in a listed company
- Native level Finnish and excellent fluency in English
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to adapt the communication style according to the situation and culture
- Digital literacy, comfortable using MS office, digital tools, social media and AI
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Analytical mindset, data driven approach to brand marketing and communications
- Excellent networking skills
- Service minded and flexible working style
- Able to work independently as well as a member of a team
- Passion for learning, willingness to take on new challenges and share knowledge
