In this role, you will work at the heart of group‑level management reporting. You’ll take ownership of tasks in monthly and quarterly reporting while also having the opportunity to expand into development topics related to reporting systems, tools, and analytics—depending on your own motivation and initiative.

- Contribute to improving reporting processes, tools and ways of working
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization and different business areas
- Take increasing responsibility for development topics
What should you bring?
You will succeed in this role if you have:

- A hands‑on and proactive working style
- Curiosity to understand the bigger picture behind reporting routines
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with people across functions and nationalities
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, precise way of working
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (and willingness to conduct trainings occasionally in English)
- Experience with OneStream or another consolidation tool, SAP and Power BI is considered an asset
- Advanced Excel skills; VBA is a plus
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with routine tasks but doesn’t stop at the bare minimum. You actively want to go beyond the basics, and learn about the tools, systems and people around you.
Why join us?
At Konecranes, you will join a supportive, international team that values both reliable execution and continuous improvement. Our monthly and quarterly processes are well established, instructions are clear, and tool trainings are readily available—making it easy for you to onboard.
