Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Consultation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide Consultation Services, Consultation Service training, and technical support to frontline units. This will ensure they possess the necessary resources and capabilities to introduce high-end products and services to the market. Service products include RailQ and RailQ3D runway surveys, Crane Q (Crane geometry), Gear Case Inspections, CRS, RopeQ, and more. You will collaborate closely with the FOMs to offer technical support to local service management, trainers, and product champions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Consultation Services related surveys and Inspections as assigned

• When assigned provide Consultation Services classroom and field training to local technicians.

• When assigned provide Consultation Services classroom to Sales resources.

• Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• At least 5 years of experience in field service.

• Prior training in Crane Geometric services is considered advantageous.

• Essential attributes for success in this position include excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and a strong service mindset and attitude.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

• Self-motivated.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Prior training in consultation services (RailQ, RailQ 3D, Crane Geometry, RopeQ

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to travel internationally, locally and outside the service area for operational requirements & training when necessary.

• 50-60% Travel required.
