We move what matters, and we do it with passion and drive. With us you can develop your career in a truly international environment and create meaningful business impact.
Location: You can be based in Espoo or Hyvinkää, with Espoo as the main location for the team. We work in a hybrid model, with an expectation to be on-site at Espoo a couple of days per week.
Your role:
The Konecranes Brand & Communications team is an integral part of the company's global operations. We work closely with Business Areas and global functions in planning and delivering effective brand marketing and communication programmes.
As Brand Operations Lead, you will play a key role in strengthening and enabling the Konecranes brand globally. You will ensure that our brand is consistently governed, measured and activated across the organisation. This is a hands‑on role for an experienced professional who enjoys building structure, turning data into insight and driving effective ways of working across a global organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and develop the Konecranes brand governance and compliance framework, acting as the owner and guardian of brand standards across Business Areas, functions, and external partners.
- Build and manage a holistic brand measurement framework, including brand tracking, quarterly brand scorecards, and leading the annual brand ROI review, translating data into clear and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
- Own the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system end-to-end including governance, taxonomy, access management, vendor collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary brand interface for Business Area marketing teams supporting them with guidance, validation and consistent ways of working.
- Continuously develop global brand operations, ways of working and tools in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
What we expect:
- A strong background in brand management, marketing operations, or brand strategy with the ability to lead and develop brand-related initiatives.
- Experience in owning governance frameworks or marketing operations at a multinational company.
- Hands-on experience with DAM systems and marketing technology tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build measurement frameworks and present insights and ROI to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in a matrix organisation with multiple internal stakeholders.
- A collaborative, customer‑centric mindset with a track record of partnering for business value creation.
- Fluency in English. Finnish is an advantage.
- Experience in a listed industrial or B2B company and familiarity with brand tracking methodologies, and experience with brand-related technology systems is considered a plus.
Why join us?
At Konecranes, you will have the opportunity to work in a truly global environment where your ideas and expertise make a real impact. You will join a team that values creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement, and where your voice matters. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across markets, contributing to projects that shape our brand and communications worldwide.
We offer you opportunities to grow professionally, learn new skills and further develop your expertise in a market-leading industrial company. You will play a key role in developing global brand operations and measurement practices, with the opportunity to influence how brand performance is measured and communicated across the organisation. Using data and insights, you will help demonstrate the business impact of brand in a concrete and meaningful way while driving collaboration across teams and markets.
In addition, we offer:
- Flexible and hybrid working with the possibility to work remotely.
