Provide support to the Service Division in all administrative work such as preparation of monthly managerial reports per division manager, maintenance of data in SAP (CS) & 1KC, etc. so as to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.
協助客服部所有行政工作,例如編製每月客服部主管所需管理報表與SAP & 1KC系統資料維護等。使團隊營運正常順利運作。
- Maintain business relationship with customers so as to build up long-term business continuity.
維護與客戶間的良好關係以建立長久商業合作。
- Adhere to office EHS procedures and standards in order to achieve required safety standard.
遵循EHS程序和標準以符合其安全標準。
- Maintain the upkeep of office facilities according to 5S standards.
遵循5S標準維護所有辦公設備。
- Collect customer data and feedback through job site visits by Service Sales Team to ensure a smoothly & accurately data provided.
透過客服部業務拜訪資料來彙整客戶資料及其回饋以確保資料輸入之完整性與正確性。
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy in SAP Customer Service module & IKC System by inputting data for the purpose of creating service orders, purchase requisitions, invoices, picking lists, delivery notes, etc.
在SAP、1KC系統事務,客服系統內藉由輸入客服訂單,採購申請,發票,提貨單,發貨單等以維護資料完整性。
- Provide monthly managerial reports on time per division manager to monitor the set standards and business requirement.
提供部門主管每月例行管理報表,以監控部門標準及營運表現。
- Any other duties as directed by the superior.
遵守其他主管交辦事項。
- To comply and ensure the Service, Parts and Refurbishment department activities procedures are implemented and recorded in accordance as mentioned in our QMS.
遵從並確保客服部的所有活動流程皆依據QMS之規定執行並記錄。
- Awareness of ISO14001 & 45001 standards.
瞭解ISO14001 & 45001 標準。
