Role Description:

• Agreement and asset creation and/or review
• Create / update charge lines for Invoicing
• Submission of Invoices to customers / Upload to Customer Portal
• Month end closing process
• Other administrative tasks as required
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Key Tasks :

• Provide internal and external service support
• To ensure all charge lines are billed on time 
• To fulfill all key tasks to achieve the KPI target

Qualification/Education:

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (Form 5) / Diploma in Business Administration.

Skills & Knowledge:

• 2-3 years’ work experience in Service industries.
• Knowledge and experience of customer service and customer communication preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel,
