Role of a Service technician
In crane maintenance, the technician’s role is to support our customers in the maintenance of various cranes and lifting equipment. In this role, you will act as an expert on lifting equipment and be one of our customers’ most important contacts with Konecranes, along with the service manager and the local salesperson. As a service technician, your duties will include servicing, inspecting, and modernizing cranes, providing troubleshooting services, and installing new cranes. Additionally, you will guide customers on using our equipment and suggest maintenance and repair actions, considering their needs and safety aspects.
