What is the job all about?

As a Konecranes Service Technician, you’ll take ownership of your workday, solving real-world problems and keeping critical industries running. Your daily tasks will include:
- Performing preventive maintenance and urgent repairs on cranes and hoists
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults using digital tools and your own experience
- Advising customers on safety, upgrades, and repairs
- Managing your own service route with autonomy
We trust you to get the job done - and give you the tools and freedom to do it.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- Trade qualified in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience with drivers, motors, control systems, or gearboxes
- Comfortable working independently in varied industrial environments
- Commitment to safe working practices (especially at height)
- Valid driver’s license a
- Crane-specific experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidates
